Prize draw privacy.

CIAR Property Services Ltd is responsible for your information. We collect your email address, entry time, acceptance of the draw terms and your optional email marketing choice.

How we use it

We use your details to administer the prize draw, prevent duplicate entries and contact the winner, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a fair draw. Email marketing is a separate purpose based on your consent. Entry and winning do not depend on marketing consent or following LinkedIn.

Your entry is stored using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database services. Lee Boquan controls access to the private entry list. We do not sell it or publish full email addresses.

Only the winner’s masked email is published: the first and last characters before @ and the domain remain visible; characters in between are replaced with asterisks. This can still identify the winner’s organisation. Contact CIAR if you have concerns about publication.

Retention and your choices

Draw-only details will be deleted within 90 days after prize collection, unless needed to resolve a dispute. Marketing details are retained while your consent remains active, with periodic review. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request.

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to draw-related processing, or withdraw marketing consent by contacting CIAR through our contact page. Each marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
